We hope you will join us for our third 2024 AEG Inland Empire meeting. The meeting will be held Wednesday, March 20th, at the Pizza Factory, in Temecula. This is a new venue for one of our “southern” AEG-IE meeting locations. We continue with the roving meeting locations to get as many people involved in the revived Chapter as possible. Ryan Bulatao, G.E., P.E. Ryan completed his BS in Civil Engineering at UCLA and his MS in Geotechnical Engineering at UC Berkeley. Prior to Western Ground Improvement (WGI), Ryan spent 15 years as a geotechnical consultant in the Southern California area engaging in projects related to: mid to high rise buildings, tunnels, pipelines, dams and reservoirs, and roadways. In addition, for 2 years, Ryan served as the western US business development manager for a geotechnical and structural instrumentation company. Ryan serves as the Los Angeles area regional manager for WGI, including the counties north of Los Angeles. Mandro M. Eslami, Ph.D., P.E. Mandro completed his Ph.D. and M.S. in geotechnical earthquake at UCLA and worked on research projects involving the cyclic behavior of low-plasticity fine-grained soils. Prior to Western Ground Improvement (WGI), Mandro spent most of his career in geotechnical consulting in the Great Los Angeles area on projects involving high rise buildings, dams, tunnels, pipelines, and water treatment plants. Mandro serves as the Inland Empire and eastern LA County area regional manager for WGI and Geopier. |
